thinking about accessing your system

AIMS

- To show that you understand how you and your learners access or will access the online learning support system.

- To demonstrate that you have taken steps to ensure you and your learners can or will be able to access the online learning support system.

- To create potential evidence for your portfolio.

INSTRUCTIONS

- Describe the arrangements that need to be made to make use of the online learning support system (e.g. booking the videoconferencing suite, install software).

- Describe how you and your learners access or will access your online learning support system.

- Discuss what constraints this places or will this place on the:

  • type of support, the timing of support
  • duration/quantity of support
  • access to support that you can offer to your learners.

- Include the above in your portfolio. If you use APL evidence for this, ensure you include a discussion of the constraints these access arrangements placed on you.
