INSTRUCTIONS

Describe the arrangements that need to be made to make use
of the online learning support system (e.g. booking the
videoconferencing suite, install software).

Describe how you and your learners access or will access
your online learning support system.

Discuss what constraints this places or will this place
on the:

type of support, the timing of support

duration/quantity of support

access to support that you can offer to your learners.

Include the above in your portfolio. If you use APL
evidence for this, ensure you include a discussion of the
constraints these access arrangements placed on you.
