If you have been working (via any route - the activities are the same) on the activities in study section 2, you have probably already accumulated important evidence for your portfolio. At this point, now that the induction process has been documented, you should review the progress of your portfolio.

Begin by revisiting the activities listed above and check that you have submitted evidence, if possible, for each of the activities, or have similar evidence.

Remember that your evidence may come from previous learning programmes/courses you have supported online or may occasionally be based on a hypothetical situation. You may also have had to adapt the activities to match your own situation. Once your portfolio is as complete as possible, to this point, you should contact your facilitator.

If you find that for some reason you cannot acquire evidence for any pc, you should contact your facilitator. You should clearly state in your commentary not only which pc's are met by which evidence in your portfolio, but also which pc's you do not have evidence for. You should also state why the pc could not be met, and how you would have met it, if circumstances had been different.

Your facilitator will tell you how to submit your portfolio, or part of it, for review. This review will provide you with an evaluation of your current portfolio and offer guidance for its further development.
