The links page provides all the external links mentioned in the paper-based pack, along with updates and additions that are in these online resources. Many of these pages contain tutorials and basic instructions on fundamental skills, such as using email, searching on the web, etc.

Please remember that it is assumed that you already have these basic skills, and so they are not dealt with on this site.

You should, however, feel free to ask your facilitator and others in your group for advice and assistance concerning any topic that relates to supporting learners online.

Even if facilitators cannot help you directly with topics that are specific to your email program, say, they may well be able to help you find pages that have the information you need.

Whenever you have questions, you should post them to your own group's online discussion board. Your facilitator can then pass on questions and answers for inclusion on the frequently asked questions (faq) page.

You may also find it helpful to look again at some of the earlier pages in the 'first steps' section of the site.
